StrataPress enables Property Management Companies and Self-Managed Strata Corporations to connect their booking feature to a payment gateway from either Stripe or Square (PayPal coming soon).

To connect to the payment gateway go to the property mini-menu and select ‘Payment Gateways‘.

Be sure to read all of the information provided on the Payment Gateway page with regards to using a third-party payment gateway on your account, including:

On the Payment Gateways page:

Click the green ‘+Add Gateway‘ button at the top right corner of the page.

Select the gateway you want to add from the drop-down selection of of available connections (Stripe, Square)

For the Square connection you will need the Square Application ID and the Square Access Token from your Square account.

Square Application ID and Tokens information can be found on their website.

Input both the ID and token into the appropriate fields and click the green ‘Add Gateway‘ button.

For the Stripe connection you will need the Stripe Public Key and the Stripe Secret Key from your Stripe account.

Input the information into the appropriate fields and c

Connected gateways will appear at the bottom of the page.

You can remove them by clicking on the red garbage can icon. You can also disable the gateway by unchecking the box next to its name.

SALES reports from the amenities can be found under the ‘Reports’ link on the left side menu bar, and by selecting ‘Payments’.

The sales report will show the Booking # which will correspond with the Booking # on the transaction within your gateway account (Stripe or Square)

Clicking on the ‘Booking #’ will take you to the booking details for that payment.
