You can turn off RUSH charges for Form B and Form F certificates and still offer the RUSH service for any given property.
This might be desired on new developments.
A Rush can be added to an order at the time the it is placed, or after the order has been placed.
To turn off RUSH fees:
Go to ‘Edit Property‘
Click the ‘Additional Info‘ tab.
Scroll down to the options at the bottom of this section.
Click the check box next to ‘No Rush Fees‘ .
Click ‘Save Changes‘.
