When you cancel a Form B the User is refunded the cost of the Form B (+tax).
If you want to refund an entire transaction, use the ‘Cancel Entire Order‘ option.
An email notification is automatically sent to the StrataPress admin to process the refund. A conformation is sent to the User once the refund is processed.
To cancel an Form B certificate request:
Click on ‘Orders’ on the left side menu bar in the dashboard.
Click on the Order Number of the order you want to view from the list of orders.
On to the View Order page and click the red ‘Cancel‘ button under the Form B.
When the pop-up opens, confirm the request to cancel the Form B.
