Cancelling an entire order means that the entire transaction is refunded, which includes all documents and rush charges.

If you cancel just a Form B or Form F then only the cost of those forms will be refunded (with tax).

An email notification is automatically sent to the StrataPress admin to process the refund. A conformation is sent to the User once the refund is processed.

To cancel an entire order:

On the View Order page, click the mini-menu mini menu at the top right of the Order Details window.

Choose ‘Cancel Entire Order‘.

When the pop-up opens, confirm the request to cancel the entire order.
