It is possible for a Strata manager to reschedule an order for a future date. Rescheduling an order will notify the person requesting documents of the new due date and time.
To reschedule an order from the Order Details page:
Click on the mini-menu at the top right corner of the Order Details widget.
Next, choose a new Due Date (Clicking field with open a calendar) and choose a Due Time (9am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm) and provide a reason for the rescheduling.
An email notification will be sent to the person requesting documents to let them know of the new delivery time.
The new Due date and time will be displayed on the order details.
