To ADD an individual Strata Owner to a property and automatically send them a welcome message, follow these steps:

Go to the Owners list for any given property, and choose ‘Owners‘.

 

From the Owners List page, click on the green ‘Add Owner‘ button found at the top right corner of the dashboard.

In the pop-up window, fill in the Strata Owner information, create a temporary password, then choose to send a welcome email (or not), and then click the blue ‘Add Owner‘ button. You can also choose if the Owner is on Strata Council or not at this point.

If the Owner has NO Email address, you can still add them to the property, they just won’t have any portal dashboard access, but they will be on the Owners list.

Check the ‘User has no Email‘ check box to by-pass the need for an email address. Using this feature will hide the ‘Send Welcome Email‘ option.

 

That’s it! The Owner is added to the property and an welcome message is sent, if you choose that option.
