Property Managers and Strata Managers with property admin permissions can turn on and off the Updates, Discussions or Requests features for a specific property.
To adjust the settings, go to ‘Properties‘ on the left side menu bar.
Use the mini-menu on the far right of the property listing to access the ‘Edit Property‘ section.
In the Edit Property section, click the ‘Additional Options‘ tab.
Under ‘Owner Dashboard Communications‘ you’ll find the settings for Updates, Discussions and Requests.
Checked box is ON, unchecked box is OFF.
Select the desired setting and click Save Changes.
