A Strata Council Member can remove themselves from council on the Strata Owners Portal.
The removal from council has to be done by accessing the Owners profile through the Owners List.
Council Members can access their own profile on the Owners list.
Click on the mini-menu located above the property map on the main dashboard.
Next, click on your profile name on the Owners list.
Click on the ‘Property Info‘ tab.
Scroll down to the bottom of the settings for this section and change the ‘Council Member?‘ option from ‘Yes‘ to ‘No‘
Click ‘Update Profile‘.
Once you update your profile information you will no longer have Strata Council level access.
