Every Strata Owner profile has settings for the strata property they own.
Strata Owners can set their own personal information:
- Unit Number
- Strata Lot Number
- Street Name
- Postal Code
- Live in their strata unit (Y/N) – with mailing address option if an Owner does not live in their strata unit.
- Enable Notifications
The property manager and strata council can edit the Storage Locker Number and Parking Stall Number. This information is read-only for Strata Owners.
To access and edit personal property information, click on the ‘Profile‘ option found under the account name at the top right corner of the dashboard.
Each tab found at the top of their personal information will provide access to settings for each property the Strata Owner has access to.
Click on the blue ‘Update Property Information‘ anytime change are made.
