When someone is invited to register as a strata, they do not have the option to register as a Council member and they will need to be updated once they have access.
Property Managers and Strata Managers, click on the ‘Owners’ option on the left side menu-bar.
Self-managed stratas can go to the Owners list directly from the property mini-menu.
Click on the Owner’s name that you want to edit.
Click the tab labeled ‘Property Info‘ under ‘Edit Owner Profile’.
Change the status for ‘Council Member for this Property‘ from NO to YES.
Select their role on Council (President, Vise President, Treasurer, Secretary, Member at Large)
Then click the ‘Update profile‘ button to save the changes.
