The Correspondence feature allows a council member or property manager to create a print-out of all the correspondence received through the Portal between two specific dates. Those dates could be from the day after your last meeting, to the day before your next meeting.
The Correspondence feature only produces print-outs from Discussions and Requests.
To create a document to print:
From the Dashboard, go to Properties on the left side menu bar.
From the property list, click on the mini-menu to the right of the listing and choose ‘Agenda Printout‘ from the bottom of the menu items listed.
Select the date range for the agenda printout, then click Update.
To print a copy, click the green ‘Print Agenda’ button at the top right corner of the section you’re in.
Print the correspondence, or save it as a PDF to distribute to others electronically or to share in a virtual meeting.
