Every posted Update notification in StrataPress is tracked to know if the message was delivered the the recipient’s email, or bounced back. If an email notification is not delivered, the details will be in the Email Report.
If the email was not delivered, you can contact the recipient another way.
On the dashboard, go to ‘Reports’ found on the left side menu bar.
Go to ‘Email’.
Here you can select a date range of reports, or view them in chronological order.
You can view the Name, Email Address, Subject of the Update, the reason is was not delivered, and the date.
The recipient’s name is linked to their profile information.
The Strata Plan number is linked to the property details for easy reference.
