For Property Management Accounts.
Every posted Update notification in StrataPress is tracked to know if the message was delivered the the recipient’s email, or bounced back. If an email notification is not delivered, the details will be in the Invalid Email Report.
If the email was not delivered, you may need to contact the recipient another way.
On the dashboard, go to ‘Reports’ found on the left side menu bar.
Go to ‘Invalid Email Report’.
This is a list of email address that are invalid and need to be updated or validated.
You can view the Name, Email Address, and the Property the account is from.
The recipient’s name is linked to their profile information where you can choose to update the email or validate the existing email so that delivery of notifications will resume.
The Strata Plan number is linked to the property details for easy reference.
