Updates can be sent to the Owners or Tenants of a Section. Those recipients will be the only ones to see the Updates posted in their dashboard.
Owners need to be added to a Section first, in order to receive Updates targeting the Section.
To create an Update for a Section.
Go to the mini-menu for a property with Sections and click ‘Updates’.’
Click on the green ‘Create Update’ button
Add your Subject and Message and include any attachments you want to send, then select the Section you want to post this Update to from the drop-down selection.
Once you have selected a Section, click ‘Publish Update‘.
Property Managers and Council will see all published Updates for all Sections.
