Short Development Names are used in place of the full name of the property on the subject line on outgoing email messages. For example, shorten your default strata property name from “Westside Oceanview Terrace’ to ‘WOT’ or anything relevant that you like.
To set a Short Development Name for a property:
Go to ‘Edit Property‘ on the mini-menu of property options.
Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Property page and fill in the text field under ‘Short Development Name‘.
Click ‘Save Changes‘.
