If you order documents through StrataPress, Realtors, lawyers and Notaries can sign up for text message alerts.
Text message alerts are sent for:
- Request for a Listing Contract
- Request for an Undertaking Letter
- Rescheduling of delivery date/time
- Notification of completed orders
To activate text message alerts, do the following:
Go to your Profile settings found the the top right corner of the dashboard, under your name.
Scroll down to the option for entering your 10-digit mobile number.
Insert your mobile number, check the ‘Receive Text Messages for Orders‘ option (This can be enabled and disabled as desired).
Click the ‘Update Profile‘ button at the bottom of the page.
You will be sent a verification code to the number you have input.
At the top of the Profile settings page, input the Verification Code that you were sent and click the ‘Verify‘ button.
Once verified, you will receive a green checkmark next to your number.
That’s it! Now you will start receiving text message alerts.
