Property Managers and Strata Council Member can send invitations to Strata Owners and Tenants, inviting them to register.

If you receive an invitation via email, all that you need to do is click the link provided in the message (or cut & paste the link into a web browser).

Simply fill out the online registration form, agree to the ‘Terms of Service’ and click on the ‘Create My Account‘.

You will be given immediate access to the property portal once you create your account. If you are on the strata council, your account will need to be updated by the Property Manager, or another Council Member, once the account has been created.
